twin separation, a journey to love. a natural disaster and time pieces.
dream of two Asian twin women. one of them, after a long drawn out dream of their differences, has decided that she will either undergo a special ceremony in which she will convince herself the other twin has become absorbed into her own person, nullifying the “existence” of the other… or she will just flat out remove the other twin from her life. the decision depends on the cooperation of the rejected twin.
the rejected twin agrees to undergo the ceremony.
when it begins there are a ton of asian men, there is emphasis on the sameness of their race. it is an elaborate staged ceremony with drums and spiraling stairs, rather in the style of staged musical productions of the 30s. choreography on a large scale.
the rejected twin is to mash and knead some sort of soup dough in a bowl throughout the ceremony, while the other twin wails and sings and is passed from man to man as she undergoes this “assimilation” of the other twin. the dough is supposed to reflect the assimilation, becoming more solid as it completes itself. after a very long time the soup dough, which looks a lot like mashed lentils, is beginning to solidify. finally the twin is told her plane to “plutine”, a distant planetoid, is about to leave and she must go with it.
there is a dream passage of time, and the twin is welcomed back into the original world. the last parts of the dream there is some sort of fantastic (as in a fantasy film style) telling of the rejected twins journey to finding love– which apparently is the whole point of the separation… the twin needed to discover the entirety of love. she is shown moving from galaxy to galaxy encountering various levels of hardship and deriving the lessons within. in one scene she is in a hostile world where she cannot find a place to sleep. she pours a vat of nature poison into a tallish tree stump, which opens is and destroys some unfriendly life. she climbs inside while the narrating creature encourages it.
in another scene she is domineering over a horse she is riding or training. she is shown smashing the horses head between her leg and a fence in an at5tempt to control the horse. but she learns to limit this control, and somehow through right action gains understanding of limitation of ribbons (large ribbons were involved, galactically large ribbons) and a pinching of ribbons, or experiences, can yield a particular face of love.
much of the lessons seem to revolve around a negative correlation — that is a limiting or boundary setting of some sort. though there is an understanding in the dream that ALL aspects are undergone and learned during a great and important journey. the closing of the dream she has returned to the original world and tells her story while her twin and some others listen on.
it is emphasized in the dream that the other twin is silent.
——–
there was a fraction of a dream with cindy in which i show her various watches i am wanting to purchase. i decide on a chunky one made of natural stones. to purchase it i call kevin, seth’s wealthy brother, and ask him to buy it for me via a particular company credit card. in the dream i worry about how long the delivery will take.
——–
in another dream i watch the story of some sort of destructive natura disaster that wounds many. it is the aftermath, as people attempt to regain their lives. i believe i am walking around with seth, and a large department store made of stones and metal rods is advertising free masonry (literally free as in no cost, and masonry as in stonework) inside. i say that they must be allowing people to cart off pieces of the building, and indeed we see crowds of people leaving with stones and metal rods.
as we enter the building there is a garage type space with tons of bikes in it. they were the bikes of the people who worked there when the disaster hit. many people died. no one is taking bikes though, which is strange to me.
one man tells his story as he or we enter a long bus and we shuffle about deciding where we will sit. fried blood, being half conscious in another town, him thinking the nurse was propositioning him for sex until an old man cleared it up– these are some events of his story.
